For help with Tzedakah Box or MitzvahBox, email support@mitzvahbox.org.

Support is available for app access, Support IDs, payment questions, refund requests, charity destination questions, account recovery, data requests, and App Store review questions.

What to include

Please include as much of the following as you safely can:

• Your Support ID from the app Settings screen.
• The date and approximate time of the payment or allocation.
• The amount and currency.
• The selected box and charity, if relevant.
• The payment reference, receipt, or Apple Pay/Stripe confirmation if available.
• A short description of what happened and what outcome you are requesting.

Do not send full card numbers, passwords, private keys, seed phrases, or sensitive identity documents unless the team specifically requests them through a secure process.

Refund requests

For refund support, email support@mitzvahbox.org and include "Refund request" in the subject line.

Refund availability may depend on payment status, allocation status, payout status, provider rules, charity receipt status, and legal or operational requirements. See Refunds for more detail.

Data access and deletion

For privacy or deletion requests, visit Delete data or email privacy@mitzvahbox.org.

Please include your Support ID if available. MitzvahBox may need to verify your identity before sharing or deleting account-linked data.

Charity onboarding

Charities or community partners interested in the pilot can email charities@mitzvahbox.org. Include the organization name, website, country, charity registration or nonprofit details if available, payout country, and the best contact person.

Security and privacy

To report a security or privacy issue, email security@mitzvahbox.org. Please include enough detail to reproduce or understand the issue, but do not access, download, or share data that is not yours.
